Gender Affirming Thailand is a medical-travel facilitator and concierge service. We curate and coordinate gender-affirming surgery journeys at trusted partner hospitals in Thailand, and we wrap the whole trip in support.
What we are, and what we’re not
We are not a hospital, a clinic, or a medical provider, and we don’t perform surgery. We’re the travel, logistics, language, money and aftercare layer around your care. Your relationship is with our coordinators; the hospital is the surgical venue we match you to and manage on your behalf.
That distinction matters. It means our job is to advocate for you, to help you choose well, to keep everything in one place, and to be the team you call when you have a question, wherever you are in the journey.
Our promise. Affirming, unhurried, honest. We use your language, we tell you when a price is only a guide, and we never pressure you toward a decision that isn’t yours.
Who runs Gender Affirming Thailand
Gender Affirming Thailand is operated by Flymedi BV, a medical-travel company. We started this service for a simple reason: arranging gender-affirming surgery abroad is genuinely hard to do alone, across a language barrier, a time zone, and a healthcare system you don’t know, and the people doing it are often managing work, family and their own wellbeing at the same time. Our job is to take that logistical weight off your shoulders, so you can focus on your surgery and your recovery.
When you enquire, you’re matched with a named coordinator, a real person who stays with you from your first message to your follow-ups back home, reachable by your preferred channel. We’re glad to introduce you to your coordinator early, and, when you’re ready, to your surgeon. A multilingual team
Many of the people we help are researching from another country, sometimes on behalf of a partner, child or friend. Our coordinators support international patients across several languages, so the first conversation, and every one after, happens in the language you’re most comfortable in.
How we choose hospitals
We coordinate care only at established, licensed Thai hospitals, and we’re precise about credentials, we feature JCI accreditation where it genuinely exists, and we don’t claim it where it doesn’t. You can read each hospital’s real profile, including its surgeons and accreditation, on its page.
