Who we are
Gender Affirming Thailand is a brand operated by Flymedi BV, a medical-travel company. We are a medical-travel facilitator and concierge service, not a hospital, clinic, or medical provider, and we do not practise medicine.
About these terms
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the review date above shows when they last changed.
What this website is
This site provides general information about gender-affirming surgery in Thailand and a way to enquire about a coordinated journey. It is not medical advice, and nothing on it is a contract, a quote, or a binding offer.
Our role as a facilitator
We coordinate the journey around your surgery: consultations, introductions to partner hospitals, travel, accommodation, interpreting and aftercare logistics. The clinical care itself, and every medical decision, is provided by and is the responsibility of the hospital and surgeon you choose, together with you. We do not diagnose, treat, or supervise clinical care.
Pricing
All prices shown are indicative, EUR-based guides for our coordinated packages, converted at roughly 38 THB = €1 (June 2026). They are not a hospital rate sheet and are not guaranteed. A figure for your situation is confirmed only after a consultation with the surgeon.
Bookings, payments and cancellations
The specific booking, payment and cancellation terms for your package are set out in the written agreement we provide before you commit to anything. Until you have that agreement in writing, nothing on this website or in our general messages is a commitment.
Your responsibilities
Please give us accurate information so we can help you safely. You are responsible for your travel documents and insurance, for being fit to travel, and for following the clinical advice you receive from your surgeon and care team.
Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this website are owned by Flymedi BV. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission.

We link to external medical authorities (such as WPATH and major hospital and health bodies) for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
Liability
This website is provided for general information on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for clinical outcomes, which rest with the treating hospital and surgeon, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, where Flymedi BV is established. We will always try to resolve any concern with you directly first, so please contact us.
