Gender Affirming Thailand
How it works

A journey you don’t have to project-manage

Ten coordinated steps, one team. You make the decisions; we handle the moving parts. Here is exactly how a Gender Affirming Thailand journey runs.

  1. 1

    You reach out

Send a short message, the procedure you’re considering and a rough timeframe is plenty. No commitment, no pressure.

  2. 2

    We talk it through

A relaxed conversation in your language. We answer questions, explain options honestly, and outline what a journey could look like.

  3. 3

    We prepare your case

We gather your medical history and match you to the partner hospital and surgeon best suited to your procedure, budget and priorities.

  4. 4

You get a clear guide price

One coordinated package guide price, surgery plus accommodation, transfers, interpreting and support. Indicative, and confirmed after the surgeon consultation.

  5. 5

    We arrange the logistics

Itinerary, vetted recovery accommodation and travel guidance, all set up around your surgery date.

  6. 6

    We meet you in Thailand

Airport pickup, transfer to your accommodation, and a coordinator on hand from the moment you land.

  7. 7

    We stay alongside you

In-person surgeon consultation with interpreting, then surgery at your partner hospital, with us coordinating and checking in throughout.

  8. 8

    We manage your aftercare

Appointments, transport, supplies and day-to-day support while you rest and heal in country.

  9. 9

    We see you off

Discharge paperwork translated, transport to the airport, and everything you need for the journey back.

  10. 10

    We keep checking in

Post-discharge check-ins once you’re home, and help following anything up with the hospital if needed.

Getting ready

What we help you prepare

Eligibility follows WPATH-style Standards of Care. These are general requirements we help you meet, your surgeon confirms specifics at consultation.

Hormone therapy

Many genital procedures expect a period of hormone therapy beforehand (often 6–12 months). We help you understand and document this.

Mental-health readiness

WPATH-style Standards of Care typically involve assessment letters confirming readiness. We help you prepare and gather what each hospital requires.

Age

Partner hospitals operate to adult thresholds (generally 18+, and 20+ for some procedures). We confirm the requirement for your chosen hospital.

None of this is medical advice. Requirements differ by hospital and by individual; the surgeon we arrange makes the final clinical assessment.

Start whenever you’re ready

Tell us the procedure you’re considering and your rough timeframe. We’ll reply with honest guidance, a guide price for a coordinated package, and the next step, no obligation.
