Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this site comfortably. Here is what we do, where we know we can do better, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and we treat accessibility as part of building the site, not an afterthought.
What we do
We build with semantic HTML and clear landmarks; the whole site is operable by keyboard with a visible focus indicator; we aim for sufficient colour contrast; the layout is responsive and usable down to a 320 pixel width and at 200% zoom; we respect a reduced-motion preference; and images carry descriptive alternative text while form fields have clear labels.
Known limitations
We are honest about where we are still improving. Some wide comparison tables scroll horizontally on small screens, and we are working to make data easier to read on mobile. If you meet any other barrier, please tell us.
Feedback and help
If anything on this site is hard to use, or you would like information in a different format, email hello@genderaffirmingthailand.com. We take accessibility feedback seriously, will help you directly, and will work to fix the issue.
