A new-generation aesthetic hospital
Wansiri opened in 2021 as a purpose-built cosmetic and gender-surgery hospital in the Bang Kho Laem district of Bangkok. The facility spans roughly 5,700 m² with 30+ inpatient beds, around 30 doctors and Class-100 clean-room operating theatres. It treats on the order of 2,000 patients a year and works only with adult patients (18+).

Wansiri is not JCI-accredited. It is fully licensed by the Thai Ministry of Public Health and SHA-certified. If JCI accreditation is essential for you, we’ll point you to Yanhee instead, being straight about this is part of our job.

What Wansiri does
MTF vaginoplasty
- Penile-inversion / graft, depth around 6 inches.
- Sigmoid-colon, 7–8 inches, naturally self-lubricating.
- PPV (peritoneal), self-lubricating, using peritoneal tissue.
Surgery typically 6–8 hours; stay around 5–7 nights; return to normal activity roughly 4–8 weeks.
Facial feminization
A full FFS menu, forehead and brow, nose, jaw and chin contouring, and related facial procedures, planned to your features.
Breast augmentation
Implant-based augmentation using Mentor and Motiva implants, with sizing and placement chosen at consultation.
Adam’s apple reduction
Tracheal shave (chondrolaryngoplasty) to soften the thyroid-cartilage contour.
FTM top surgery
Masculinising chest surgery is offered. Phalloplasty and voice surgery are not confirmed here, for full staged FTM, see Yanhee.
Psychological assessment
In-house psychiatric assessment and a gender-dysphoria certificate (signed by two psychiatrists) can be arranged as part of your pathway.
