Breast Augmentation Thailand
Implant-based augmentation is offered at all three partner hospitals, with implant choice and placement planned to your frame at consultation.
~$3,800–9,300 (€3,290–8,100) depending on implant and hospital
Usually under a week in Thailand
Back to light activity within ~1–2 weeks
Breast augmentation uses implants to create fuller, more feminine contours. Implant type (e.g. Mentor, Motiva), size and placement are chosen with your surgeon based on your anatomy and goals.
Implant options across partners
- Wansiri, Mentor and Motiva implants; indicative ~$4,500–9,300 (€3,900–8,100).
- Asia Cosmetic, augmentation around ~$5,800 (€5,040) (implant-dependent).
- Yanhee, published rates: Mentor $3,800–4,100 (€3,290–3,550); Motiva Ergonomix $6,600–7,200 (€5,710–6,240).
Stay & recovery
- Breast augmentation usually means a short stay, often under a week in Thailand.
- Most people return to light activity within one to two weeks.
- We arrange the consultation, surgery, accommodation and follow-up.
Often combined with FFS or genital surgery in a single trip, we’ll help you sequence procedures safely with your surgeon.
What breast augmentation in Thailand involves
Breast augmentation places implants to create a fuller, more feminine chest. For trans women and non-binary people it is one of the more straightforward feminizing procedures, and the result depends a great deal on choices made with your surgeon to suit your frame.
- Implant type. Modern silicone implants such as Mentor and Motiva Ergonomix are designed to look and feel natural; your surgeon will talk through the options.
- Shape, profile and size. Implants come in different shapes and projections, measured in cubic centimetres (cc), chosen to balance your chest width and your goals.
- Placement. Implants can sit above the muscle, under it, or in a dual plane. Each has trade-offs in look and recovery that your surgeon will explain.
- Incision. Common approaches are in the breast crease, around the areola, or in the armpit, chosen to suit your anatomy and to keep scarring discreet.
A chest that has not been shaped by oestrogen can need a slightly different surgical approach to create a natural result, which is one reason an experienced gender-affirming surgeon matters. Your plan is set at consultation.
Who breast augmentation in Thailand is for
This surgery is for trans women and non-binary people who want a fuller chest, and there is no obligation to have had any other procedure first. Surgeons generally work within the WPATH Standards of Care (SOC-8) together with each hospital's own assessment, which in practice means being an adult able to give informed consent and being in reasonably stable general health.
Timing is worth a conversation. Many surgeons suggest spending around twelve months on oestrogen first, because hormones produce some natural breast growth and that helps with sizing and a more natural result. It is not a strict rule, and augmentation can be done as a standalone procedure. It can also be combined with other surgery in a single anaesthetic for some people, which your surgeon will advise on. The consultation is where you get a recommendation tailored to you.
Recovery after breast augmentation in Thailand
Recovery is usually quicker than for major reconstructive surgery, and the timeline here is a general guide. Your surgeon's instructions always take priority, and we stay alongside you while you are in Thailand.
- In Thailand. Most people plan around one week, which covers the surgery and an early check before flying. You will typically wear a supportive garment for several weeks.
- The first weeks. Some tightness and swelling are normal. Many people return to desk work within one to two weeks.
- Activity. Strenuous exercise and overhead lifting are usually held off for around four to six weeks while everything settles.
- Settling. Implants commonly settle into a softer, more natural position over the following months, and scars continue to fade.
Your surgeon will give you specific aftercare for your implant type and placement, and we can talk you through what a typical week looks like for your plan.
Choosing a hospital for breast augmentation in Thailand
All three of our partner hospitals offer breast augmentation, so the choice comes down to implant options, the kind of facility you want, and budget.
- Yanhee International Hospital publishes official rates for both Mentor and Motiva Ergonomix implants and holds a JCI Gold Seal.
- Wansiri Hospital is a modern, design-led centre offering augmentation across a range of implants.
- Asia Cosmetic Hospital is a high-volume centre known for value.
We never overstate accreditation: Yanhee's JCI Gold Seal is confirmed, Asia Cosmetic's JCI status is not independently verified so we do not claim it, and Wansiri is not JCI. Compare them on our partner hospitals page.
What a coordinated breast augmentation package in Thailand includes
We are a facilitator, not a hospital. We wrap the surgical care your chosen partner hospital provides inside one coordinated trip, so you deal with a single team that speaks your language from your first question to your follow-up at home. A package usually brings together surgery with your chosen surgeon at a vetted partner hospital, recovery-suitable accommodation, airport and appointment transfers, interpreting, and full coordination of your consultation, scheduling and aftercare.
Cost depends mainly on the implant and the hospital. As an indicative guide, breast augmentation runs from roughly $3,800 to $9,300 (about €3,290 to €8,100), shown in US dollars first with euros alongside. These are guide prices for a coordinated package, not a quote; a firm figure follows once your implant and plan are set. See current guide prices on the pricing page and more on why people choose Thailand.
What to expect at your breast augmentation consultation
The consultation is where your surgery is really shaped, so it is worth going in with your questions ready. The surgeon will examine your chest, talk through implant type, shape, projection and size, discuss whether the implant should sit above or below the muscle, and explain where the incision will be placed and why. Many surgeons use sizers or imaging to help you picture different outcomes before anything is decided.
It is also the moment to be candid about your goals and your lifestyle, since both affect the right choice. Useful things to ask include how different implants look and feel, how they tend to settle over time, what follow-up they need in the years ahead, and what a realistic recovery looks like for your plan. We make sure you can speak with the surgeon directly and that nothing is lost in translation, so the decision is genuinely yours and well informed, and we can arrange for your main questions to be answered before you travel.
